About B.A.D

Since I was a young girl my family referred to me as B.A.D partially because it is my initials and partially for my personality. I always beat to my own drum, even as I began my yoga journey at just 12 years old in my hometown Bikram studio. I was instantly drawn to the practice feeling more grounded and present. I valued its calm and loving nature and wanted that feeling to not only persist but to expand into it.

After seven years of study and practice, I pursued my 200 hr certification and began teaching at a local studio in Oxford, Mississippi. In addition to teaching at Ole Miss I also had the opportunity to teach yoga to various sororities around University . While in Oxford, I gained a trusted companion , Karma, whom is often an inspiration and will make guests appearances while teaching. After graduating, I taught at Life Time Fitness in Fort Worth and offered private yoga classes to businesses and organizations.

Since then, both my practice and teaching have continually evolved, allowing me to share yoga with communities across Mississippi, Texas, and Illinois. I have been fortunate enough to live and teach in several parts of the US, building a loving and supportive community wherever I go.

Today, after almost two decades of practice and teaching I specialize in vinyasa, yin, breath work and meditation, teaching at my local Lifetime Fitness in Chicago and NOW online. I am eager to connect with you all and take B.A.D Yoga all over the world inspiring others.

With Love,

Bridget (B.A.D)
